Step #1 – Pick up the phone. – Call me (Scott) @ (719) 323-0721 and we will work it out to lock in a date that works with your schedule. Remember that the course is all yours and yours alone when you book with us .
Step #2 – Deposit $80 into my Venmo account. – This $80 covers the first four (4) players in your group*. Remember, your tee-time is only “secured” once the money has been received. Please leave the following information in the comments section provided, so I have all the information I need to complete your tee-time reservation.

C – Your cell number
D – Date tee-time requested – check in is 9am
E – Number in your party (approximate, & can change)
If you prefer you can make the deposit into my Paypal account. If you choose this option you will need to deposit $82.62 to cover Paypal’s 2.9% transaction fee. My account is dreamtimediscgolf@outlook.com
Step #3 – I (Scott ) will call or text you, confirming your reservation.
Check-In:
On the day of your round you will need to make sure that you have signed the liability waiver when you arrive and before you begin to play. For Stay & Play guests, this must be done when you arrive and before you enter the cabin. You can download and complete the waiver using the link below. Please bring it with you on the day of your round.
Since the COVID pandemic (and we now have a baby) we have been having some groups do “self check-in.” We will not always be available or present for each check-in. There are waivers available. Also there are score cards and course descriptions if you want them. We are also on UDisc so you can track your round using that app.
IMPORTANT GENERAL TEE-TIME INFORMATION
* Check-in is at 9am. All players must attend the orientation presented at the 9am check-in unless we have arranged for a self check-in.*
* The customary donation is $20 per-player.* The minimum amount required to secure a reservation is $80 for the group minimum of four (4) people. We do not have a maximum number of players per group at this time.
* When you book a tee-time, you are pre-paying for four (4) players. If you have more than four (4) players in your group, you will be required to pay the customary donation of $20 per player (cash only) for any additional players over the course minimum of four (4).
* All players, and groups must check in at the scheduled date & time. We will sign extensive liability waivers. Orientation for the course is mandatory for all players.*
* Please be on time. This course is unique for it’s beauty and solitude. Don’t be in a rush. Leave the house early enough so that you can start your day in a relaxed state.
* This is a cash only facility, so bring some cash with you.
CANCELLATIONS
*Our goal is to be able to accommodate as many groups as possible. We appreciate the courtesy of letting us know that your plans have changed so that we will be able to fill all available dates. With this in mind we have adopted a similar system to some of the other private courses in the area.
* All cancellations are subject to a $10 non-refundable booking fee, and will be refunded to the group leader’s pay-pal account.
* Any cancellation more than 4 weeks out will will receive a full refund minus the required $10 booking fee, = $70.
* If your group cancels three weeks out your group will receive 3/4 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, = $50.
* If your group cancels two weeks out, your group will receive 1/2 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, = $30.
* If your group cancels one week out, your group will receive a 1/4 refund minus the required $10 booking fee, = $10.
* There will be no refund for any group that cancels less than one week from the scheduled tee-time.
* Weather related cancellations will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Guest Expectations & Responsibilities
COMMUNICATION – If your plans change I expect to receive a call @ (719) 323-0721. If you will be changing the number of players by more than one or two, or if other non players will be joining you for the day, I need to know. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or if you’ll be late or are having any other problems that might affect the schedule I’ll need to know. I suggest forwarding course information, driving directions, rules & expectations to everyone in the group so there are no surprises for anyone when they arrive.
GROUP CONDUCT – This land is our passion. We consider you our guests and want you to have a great time. This is not a public course. We expect you and every member of your group to behave in a responsible and respectful manner while you are our guests. Improper or dangerous conduct will result in us asking you to leave our property.
